Andriy Savchuk is a Partner at MORIS and Head of Dispute Resolution practice. He has been practicing for more 20 years, acting for a range of leading Ukrainian and international companies in commercial disputes.
Andriy focuses on domestic litigation proceedings, developing case strategies and tactics, while representing clients in complex disputes. He advises influential Ukrainian and international companies on commercial disputes, bankruptcy, defamation cases, reputation management, and special situations.
His client base includes large national and international corporations, banks and financial institutions, including Deposit Guarantee Fund, as well as private clients.
Andriy was a Member of the Public Integrity Council (2017-2020), Chairman of the Board of the Ukrainian Bar Association's Committee on Procedural Law (2021-2023).
Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London, UK) since 2012.
