Bank "Finansova Initsiatyva"

MORIS secured the interests of "Finansova Initsiatyva" Bank in an unjustified claim. As a result, the court ordered "Nadra Bank" and "Rodovid Bank" to return the previously received funds to the Client.

Thanks to the work of MORIS lawyers, the parties signed an amicable agreement in the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, according to the terms of which neither of them had any more obligations to the other.
