Our attorneys joined the case at the stage of cassation appeal in the matter of recovery. The cassation court annulled adverse decisions for the client and remanded the case for reconsideration.

Subsequently, litigation process on this matter lasted for more than 2 years, and as a result, courts of all three instances, including the Supreme Court, fully upheld our claim of the contracts' invalidity. We managed to annul adverse decisions in the recovery case and obtain dismissal of the opponents' claim.
