MORIS lawyers defended the rights of a client who was unlawfully included in the list of founders of a legal entity
Unknown individuals forged the client’s signature on documents that were used to establish the legal entity and included him in the list of its founders.
A forensic handwriting examination confirmed that the signature on behalf of the client was forged. The court upheld the MORIS lawyers’ claim, declared the legal entity's documents invalid, and ordered the removal of the client’s information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities as a founder.
The client’s rights were defended by partner Andriy Savchuk and associate, lawyer Rostyslav Sobotnyk.
