MORIS attorneys successfully defended the client's corporate rights in the court
Our client is a co-owner of one of the largest defense sector manufacturing companies. Former business partners of our client unlawfully deprived him of his participatory interest in the company by selling it to another person, and subsequently increased the company's charter capital. After 10 months of court proceedings, our claim was fully satisfied. We not only managed to return our client's 50% participatory interest but also transferred to him the rights and obligations of the buyer under the purchase and sale agreement for the remaining 50%. As a result, the client gained full ownership of 100%. The case was handled by Andriy Savchuk, Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution Practice, Yuriy Petrash, Counsel, and Rostyslav Sobotnyk, Associate.
