Andriy Romanchuk is the founder of MORIS and has been leading the company for over 20 years. He specializes in developing legal strategies and advises the biggest Ukrainian companies, international corporations and private clients on legal aspect of the business activity. He is recognized among the leaders in the field of compliance, GR and investments.

In 2024 Andriy joined the Defence Forces of Ukraine and became a member of the Khartiia Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine.

He was Vice President of the Ukrainian Bar Association (2021-2023) and currently is Member of the UBA Ethics Commission (since 2023).

Andriy Romanchuk is a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Coordination Center #SaveUkraineNow, which provides comprehensive support of the defense forces from the Precarpathian region on the front line.
