Andriy Romanchuk, a Deputy Commander of the "Lava" Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 2nd Corps of the NGU "Khartiia" (before joining the military, Managing Partner at MORIS). Has 20 years of experience in law and public administration. His law practice suspended during the period of military service.
Andriy Romanchuk is the founder of MORIS. He specializes in developing legal strategies and advises the biggest Ukrainian companies, international corporations and private clients on legal aspect of the business activity. He is recognized among the leaders in the field of compliance, GR and investments.
In 2024 Andriy joined the Defence Forces of Ukraine and became a member of the Khartiia Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine.
In 2025 Andriy Romanchuk was awarded the Honorary Award of the Ukrainian Bar Association "For Honor and Professional Dignity".
He was Vice President of the Ukrainian Bar Association (2021-2023) and currently is Member of the UBA Ethics Commission (since 2023).
Andriy Romanchuk is a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Coordination Center #SaveUkraineNow, which provides comprehensive support of the defense forces from the Precarpathian region on the front line.
