Maryan focuses on developing efficient structures of corporate governance, consulting on corporate and financial restructuring, and providing general corporate and commercial advice to private clients and public companies.

Maryan also advises clients on a wide variety of competition law issues, including merger control, dominance, represents clients before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

He advises national and international clients on the issues of international trade, represents them in the process of the anti-dumping investigations.

Maryan is a Member of the Board of the Ukrainian Bar Association.

He is also Adviser on legal issues to the Head of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine Epiphaniy of Kyiv and All Ukraine.
