Taras focuses on corporate governance, business structuring, and transactional matters, including drafting constituent documents, share transfer agreements, and regulating internal corporate relations. His practice also covers the structuring, registration, and legal support of NGOs and non-profit organisations, as well as regulatory analysis of special legal regimes for the innovation and defence sectors. He prepares comprehensive legal documentation and provides support to clients in both Ukrainian and English.
