Since October 2011, Artem has served as the Head of operations of the 25th Separate Airborne Brigade of the 6th Army Corps. Since 2014, he has participated in the russian-Ukrainian war as part of the 25th Separate Airborne Brigade of the 6th Army Corps.

Artem Luchnikov was Head of the Main Personnel Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (2021-2024). He is a veteran of the russian-Ukrainian war.

He is engaged in providing consultations on the recognition of enterprises as critically important, reserving military conscripts among employees, social protection of military personnel and their families, legal support for Defense Forces units.
