Roman is an Honored Lawyer of Ukraine. With over 20 years of experience, he has realised hundreds of successful projects in construction, development and real estate. He specialises on comprehensive support of transactions with assets, including due diligence of real estate objects and land plots.

Roman also has extensive experience in representation of the clients' interests in courts of all instances with the main focus of real estate and land issues. Among Roman's clients are large national and international corporations, agroholdings, construction companies, and private investors.

He is key Partner in implementation of “Corruption-Free Land” Project, which is realised by MORIS in a pertnership with USAID Agriculture Growing Rural Opportunities Activity in Ukraine (AGRO), implemented by Chemonics International.

In 2024 Roman became a Doctor of Juridical Sciences. Except main activity, Roman is an public activist, who supports many initiatives for society.
