    Khrystyna Kostiushko is Of Counsel at MORIS with the main specialisation on International Arbitration.

    Khrystyna has been practicing in the field of international arbitration and cross-border disputes since 2011 and has gained significant practical experience at leading law firms in Ukraine and France. Khrystyna is admitted to the bar in Ukraine and is also qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.

    With over twelve years of experience in international arbitration, Khrystyna has represented sovereign states, multinational corporations, and individuals in complex, high-value disputes under ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA, LMAA, SCC, GAFTA, FOSFA, DIAC, and QICCA rules.

    Her practice spans both common and civil law jurisdictions, covering various sectors such as energy, construction, banking and financial services, commodities, international trade, investment arbitration, intellectual property, IT, M&A, and real estate.

    Khrystyna is a visiting lecturer in EU law at King's College London (Dickson Poon School of Law). Her academic experience also includes teaching international arbitration and intellectual property law in leading educational institutions of Paris and London.
