Khrystyna has been practicing in the field of international arbitration and cross-border disputes since 2011 and has gained significant practical experience at leading law firms in Ukraine and France. Khrystyna is admitted to the bars in Ukraine and France and is also qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales (currently on the non-practicing roll).
With over twelve years of experience in international arbitration, Khrystyna has represented sovereign states, multinational corporations, and individuals in complex, high-value disputes under ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA, LMAA, SCC, GAFTA, FOSFA, DIAC, and QICCA rules.
Her practice spans both common and civil law jurisdictions, covering various sectors such as energy, construction, banking and financial services, commodities, international trade, investment arbitration, intellectual property, IT, M&A, and real estate.
