Oleksandr Zub is a Senior Associate at MORIS, specialising in complex dispute resolution across domestic and cross border litigation, as well as international commercial and investor state arbitration.

He represents leading international and Ukrainian clients before national courts and has acted in high value arbitrations under the rules of ICSID, LMAA, GAFTA, and FOSFA.

Oleksandr also advises on regulatory and compliance issues, particularly in the defence and technology sectors. His military service and combat experience provide unique insight into the operational realities of clients in the military and defence industry.

In addition, Oleksandr counsels on matters related to sanctions, anti money laundering, and bribery prevention, helping clients mitigate enforcement risks and safeguard business integrity.
