MORIS lawyers have released from seizure the property of one of Ukraine's largest petrochemical enterprises.

This was made possible thanks to the diligent work of MORIS partner Stanislav Peliuk and lawyer Andrii Tymoshenko.

Our client faced numerous artificial criminal proceedings and asset seizures imposed by various courts across Ukraine. Each time a seizure was lifted, it was arbitrarily imposed again.

Finally, upon the request of MORIS lawyers, the court lifted the seizures on immovable property (buildings, structures, and land plots), movable property (vehicles, railroad cars), products, and raw materials.

This court decision allows the enterprise to resume its activity.
