Key duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis in high-profile litigation matters;
• Draft procedural documents, letters, e-mails, reports and legal opinions;
• Interact with state authorities, courts and other bodies, notaries;
• Deliver clear and practically oriented legal advice to the clients;
• Efficiently manage the cases, working as part of a team;

Requirements:

• Higher education in Law from a reputable Ukrainian university (including 5+ year students);
• 1+ year of experience as a paralegal or junior associate with an international or Ukrainian law firm;
• Excellent analytical and research skills;
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian, including legal writing and speaking skills;
• Self-motivating and result- and client-oriented approach;
• Strong knowledge of MS-Office;
