MORIS attorneys successfully achieved the recognition of the decision of the ICAC at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Supreme Court of Georgia and its enforcement by the Georgian National Enforcement Bureau.

The Client (a leading enterprise in Ukraine’s pulp and paper industry) supplied goods to Georgia from 2019 to 2022, but the Georgian enterprise did not pay for the received goods.

In favor of the Client, the entire amount owed for the goods delivered by him, as well as court and executive fees, was collected.
