MORIS strengthens its International Arbitration practice: Khrystyna Kostiushko joins the team
MORIS enhances its International Arbitration practice by welcoming Khrystyna Kostiushko, an Of Counsel with over twelve years of experience working in both Ukraine and France. Admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales (non-practicing status).
Khrystyna is a graduate of the Geneva MIDS program, specializing in international dispute resolution (LL.M.). She has worked at leading law firms in Paris and Kyiv, gaining expertise in international arbitration disputes.
Key advantages of arbitration include:
- the ability to resolve disputes more quickly compared to traditional court proceedings, which is crucial for businesses, particularly in the current climate.
- the option to select a neutral jurisdiction for the case, eliminating concerns of bias, which is a key factor for companies engaged in international business.
"MORIS already has extensive experience in international commercial and sports arbitration, as well as in matters related to the recognition and enforcement of arbitration awards. We are pleased to welcome Khrystyna to our team. We are confident that her experience and knowledge will help us better meet the demands of the most exacting clients," said Andriy Savchuk, Partner.
The expansion of the international arbitration practice aligns with global trends and the growing needs of Ukrainian businesses, further integrating them into global economic processes.
