Situation:

Law enforcement representatives attempted to unjustly forfeit the pledge of over 900,000 UAH posted on behalf of the client to the state. There was also an attempt to change the preventive measure from pledge to detention with the option of posting a new bail amounting to over 3.7 million UAH.

Our lawyers provided substantial evidence and convincingly demonstrated the groundlessness of the prosecution's demands. They achieved a positive and lawful court decision in favor of the client.

About the client:
