MORIS advised on the real estate acquisition deal for the new Kyiv School of Economics campus

MORIS team acted as legal counsel to Kyiv School of Economics within the transaction to expand educational infrastructure.

Our expertise was focused on ensuring the legal security of real estate investments.

As part of the project, the following was completed:

• Legal Due Diligence: conducting a comprehensive legal audit of the real estate property to identify and minimize potential risks;
• Developing the transaction structure and preparing a package of transactional documentation in the best interests of the client;
• Legal support during the signing and closing process of the purchase and sale agreement.
