Dmytro has more than 25 years of experience and specializes in competition and antitrust matters. He advises clients on the variety of antitrust issues in relation to merger cases, dominance, unfair competition as well as acquisitions, including merger clearances by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

His additional expertise covers analysis of business activities on issues involving significant economic risks (forensic), corporate and transactional projects as well as resturcturing of business.

Before joining MORIS, Dmytro has been working on top-management positions in the largest telecommunications companies in Ukraine, as well as with global leaders in the pharmaceutical industry and the retail sector.
