The idea of this bill came as a response to the increasing pressure on business from the law enforcement bodies in Ukraine. There are numerous searches, seizures and restricting access to things and documents, including servers, which can easily block the normal work of companies. MORIS team was involved in the drafting this bill.

In addition, managing partner of MORIS Andriy Romanchuk is a member of the Inter-ministerial Commission on compliance of law enforcement bodies with the rights and legitimate interests of the persons created on the initiative of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. MORIS associates worked on the bill jointly with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the Council of Business Ombudsman. Maski-show STOP is an attempt to protect Ukrainian business in general and our clients from illegal searches, work blocking , reopening old cases.
