MORIS team successfully achieved the recognition of three decisions of the ICAC at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Court of First Instance of East Flanders, Kingdom of Belgium

The case concerned a Client — a Ukrainian manufacturer of rubber tires — which had supplied its products to the Kingdom of Belgium in 2022.

However, the Belgian counterparty failed to fulfill its contractual obligations and did not pay for the delivered goods.

The full amount of the outstanding debt for the supplied goods was awarded in favor of the Client, along with court fees.
